The simplest things have the power to make me smile! Things like baby smiles, sleeping children, anything chocolate...but nothing made me happier today then seeing this in my bathroom. After two years of sharing a sink with four+ people in the mornings and evenings, I was ECSTATIC to have my "handyman" aka brother install these yesterday. My enthusiasm was only dampen by the news that the sink that had been working was now broken because of old pipes or something that lives under the sink had cracked upon the slight "touching" of the handyman. I should have two sinks working by the end of the day! Oh the JOY!!!
TENDER MERCY MOMENT:
My parents and Grandma came up and took me out to lunch because that special day that only happens once a year is coming tomorrow. It was awesome to have them to myself and to have a lunch that didn't involve peanut butter, spilled milk, or gummy hands that always manage to find my clothes, face, or hair. To be able to have a conversation that didn't involve Curios George or bathroom "necessities" was much welcomed and enjoyed!
