Fresh, crispy, salty, slightly warm..nothing can bring a smile quite as easily as a bag a french fries!
I don't usually buy my kids french fries for them to eat just because...there usually is some kind of meal attached it...got to cover all the food groups...not just vegetables...but thanks to McDonald's for awarding one of my children with a free small bag for some small achievement on their part, all my children received this salty treat. You definitely can't fault their marketing team!
(They couldn't all share one small bag...that would just be cruel....)
TENDER MERCY MOMENT:
My daughter was born with two birthmarks on her neck...they looked kind of like hickeys. We (meaning I) were worried that she would be tormented by her peers later in life. We were told that she could have them removed later when she got older but it would be painful. We began to set aside money for what we predicated would be an expensive procedure. Yesterday she had a checkup with her doctor and after he looked at her marks, told us that they would probably faded with time and would not require any treatment. Small miracles!
