DAY 82-First Lick

There's nothing quite like licking off cookie batter from a beater or spoon! It has always been a favorite childhood memory,  as well as one of my first, of licking batter off the sides of bowl after my grandma had mixed up a cake. Before you all shudder with the horror of me allowing my daughter to eat cookie dough, I felt that it was safe since I had used whole egg powder instead of actual eggs.

TENDER MERCY MOMENT:

I was able to mark off my to-do list not one item, not two, but several! It's amazing how much better the day seems when you get a full night sleep! We even got part of our basement painted! Something that has been waiting for three weeks! I love feeling accomplished!
